The Desert Ridge Jaguars basketball team scored 60 points and restricted the host Highland Hawks to 52 in the Jaguars league victory on Saturday.

The Jaguars now sport a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Dobson for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 10. Desert Ridge will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 95-80 non-league win over Shadow Ridge (Las Vegas, NV). The Mustangs record now stands at 2-1.

The Hawks (5-2) will now prepare for their contest against Mesa (Mesa, AZ). The Jackrabbits come into the non-league contest with a 3-3 record. In their last contest, Mesa was defeated by La Joya Community (Avondale, AZ), 48-44, in a non-league contest.
