Liberty Hawks (Madera, CA) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team nip the visiting Yosemite Badgers (Oakhurst, CA), 1-0 in a league test.

With the triumph, Liberty improves its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Hawks travel to Caruthers (Caruthers, CA) to confront the Blue Raiders in a Northwest Sequoia test on Friday, September 15. The Blue Raiders come into the test with a record of 2-2. Caruthers won 79-38 in their recent league test against Riverdale (Riverdale, CA)
