September 15, 2023: Greenfield, MA 01301 The Greenfield Green Wave football team (Greenfield, MA), was ripped 36-0 in Friday's non-league challenge with the visiting South Hadley Tigers (South Hadley, MA)
The Tigers (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Chicopee Comp (Chicopee, MA). The Colts come into the non-league challenge with a 0-2 record. In their last challenge, Chicopee Comp was ripped by West Springfield (West Springfield, MA), 44-0, in a non-league challenge.
The Green Wave now sport a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Frontier Regional for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 22. Greenfield will meet a Red Hawks team coming off a 27-22 non-league win over Franklin County Tech (Turners Falls, MA). The Red Hawks record now stands at 1-1.
