The Cathedral Phantoms basketball team scored 105 points and held the host Downtown Magnets Suns to 47 in the Phantoms non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Phantoms now sport a 8-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Temple City for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 27. Cathedral will battle a Rams team coming off a 66-42 non-league win over Northridge Academy (Northridge, CA). The Rams record now stands at 8-6.

The Suns (8-4) will now prepare for their contest against Northridge Academy (Northridge, CA). The Pumas enter the non-league contest with a 3-6 record. In their last contest, Northridge Academy was routed by Temple City (Temple City, CA), 66-42, in a non-league contest.
