The Boyd County Spartans basketball team scored 49 points and restricted the host Ewing Tigers to 26 in the Spartans non-league victory on Saturday.

The Spartans now sport a 12-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Clearwater/Orchard for a non-league contest on Monday, January 28. Boyd County will battle a Cyclones team coming off a 82-65 non-league win over Santee (Santee, NE). The Cyclones record now stands at 11-7.
