Game Summary
The Redskins prevailed over the Pharoahs of Egyptian 9-7 in a game played with 40 mph winds blowing in from centerfield. Ty McMahan went 3 1/3 innings, but struggled with control, walking 6 and striking out 6. He was relieved by Dylan Smith, who got the win in his first appearance of the season, pitching 2 2/3, allowing 4 runs, fanning 6 and walking three. Tyler Brant closed the seventh, allowing a run on 2 hits and 2 K's. Tyler Glidewell led the offense with a 2-4, 3 RBI day along with Adam Pennington who went 3-4 with an RBI. The win puts Shawnee at 3-2 on the season. The `Skins go on the road to Century on Thursday with Tyler Glidewell slated to start.
