California High School Baseball - Muir loses to Hoover
May 7, 2010: Glendale, CA 91202 The Muir Mustangs baseball team (Pasadena, CA), was overwhelmed 25-1 in Friday's league outing with the host Hoover Tornadoes (Glendale, CA)
The Tornadoes now hold a 8-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Milken Community for a non-league outing on Monday, May 10. Hoover will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 13-3 league win over Hillcrest Christian (Granada Hills, CA). The Wildcats record now stands at 12-4.
Next, the Mustangs confront the Burroughs [John] Indians (Burbank, CA) in a Pacific outing, on Tuesday, May 11. Muir will attempt to advance on its 0-14 season record. The Indians go into the outing with a 9-14 record after their 8-0 league win over Glendale (Glendale, CA).
