Pennsylvania High School Football - Carlynton routed by Steel Valley
September 4, 2015: Carnegie, PA 15106 The Carlynton Cougars football team (Carnegie, PA), was ripped 56-6 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Steel Valley Ironmen (Munhall, PA)
The Ironmen (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against East Allegheny (North Versailles, PA). The Wild Cats come into the WPIAL AA Century challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, East Allegheny was ripped by South Fayette (McDonald, PA), 48-0, in a league challenge.
The Cougars now sport a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Sto-Rox for a WPIAL AA Century challenge on Friday, September 11. Carlynton will meet a Vikings team coming off a 31-20 league loss to South Allegheny (McKeesport, PA). The Vikings record now stands at 0-1.
