The Central Dragons (Martinsburg, PA) basketball crushed the host North Star Cougars (Boswell, PA), 62-39 in Friday's non-league test.

The Dragons (1-0) will now prepare for their test against Claysburg-Kimmel (Claysburg, PA). The Bulldogs go into the non-league test with a 1-0 record. In their last test, Claysburg-Kimmel walloped Tussey Mountain (Saxton, PA), 37-30, in a non-league test.

The Cougars now own a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Conemaugh Valley for a Western Pennsylvania - Northern test on Monday, December 10.
