California High School Football - Santa Fe Christian topples Horizon
November 7, 2009: San Diego, CA 92177 The Santa Fe Christian Eagles (Solana Beach, CA) football defeated the host Horizon Panthers (San Diego, CA), 40-21 in Saturday's league bout.
In their next game, the Eagles face the Bishop's Knights (La Jolla, CA) in a Coastal bout, on Friday, November 13. Santa Fe Christian will attempt to advance on its 8-1 season record. The Knights enter the bout with a 6-3 record after their 21-7 league loss to Christian (El Cajon, CA).
The Panthers (2-7) will now prepare for their bout against Olympian (Chula Vista, CA). The Eagles enter the non-league bout with a 9-0 record. In their last bout, Olympian defeated Southwest (San Diego, CA), 35-7, in a league bout.
