October 3, 2009: Nashua, NH 03062 The Nashua South Purple Panthers football team (Nashua, NH), was beaten 49-35 in Saturday's league challenge with the visiting Salem Blue Devils (Salem, NH)
The Blue Devils (5-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Timberlane (Plaistow, NH). The Owls come into the non-league challenge with a 3-2 record. In their last challenge, Timberlane achieved victory over Keene (Keene, NH), 7-0, in a league challenge.
The Purple Panthers now sport a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they host Nashua North for a Division I challenge on Friday, October 9. Nashua South will meet a Titans team coming off a 35-7 league win over Manchester Memorial (Manchester, NH). The Titans record now stands at 5-0.
