The Central Bears baseball team (Brooksville, FL), was overwhelmed 16-0 in Monday's non-league outing with the visiting Mitchell Mustangs (New Port Richey, FL)

The Mustangs now hold a 9-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cypress Creek for a non-league outing on Tuesday, March 19. Mitchell will confront a Coyotes team coming off a 5-4 non-league win over Lecanto (Lecanto, FL). The Coyotes record now stands at 5-3.

Next, the Bears confront the Citrus Hurricanes (Inverness, FL) in a non-league outing, on Wednesday, March 20. Central will attempt to advance on its 2-7 season record. The Hurricanes go into the outing with a 1-7 record after their 11-1 non-league loss to Land O' Lakes (Land O' Lakes, FL).
