The Eastside Lions baseball team (Lancaster, CA), was overwhelmed 15-5 in Saturday's non-league outing with the visiting Taft Toreadors (Woodland Hills, CA)

The Toreadors now hold a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Poly for a non-league outing on Wednesday, March 9. Taft will confront a Parrots team coming off a 18-8 non-league win over Eagle Rock (Los Angeles, CA). The Parrots record now stands at 2-1.
