Connecticut High School Ice Hockey - Glastonbury held off by South Windsor
January 30, 2016: Glastonbury, CT 06033 The South Windsor Bobcats (South Windsor, CT) ice hockey nipped the host Glastonbury Tomahawks (Glastonbury, CT), 2-1 in Saturday's league battle.
The Bobcats now hold a 4-5 record. They play next when they travel to Conard for a Central Connecticut - North battle on Wednesday, February 3. South Windsor will play a Chieftains team coming off a 6-3 league loss to Northwest Catholic (West Hartford, CT). The Chieftains record now stands at 5-6.
The Tomahawks (5-5) will now prepare for their battle against East Catholic (Manchester, CT). The Eagles come into the Central Connecticut - North battle with a 3-4 record. In their last battle, East Catholic was edged by Cheshire (Cheshire, CT), 1-0, in a non-league battle.
