Dunkirk Completes Huge Comeback with Nance Triple

Dunkirk senior Kymi Nance pulls up and knocks down her fifth three-pointer of the Section VI Class B championship game against Southwestern on March 11, 2020 at Buffalo State College. The basket gave Dunkirk a 64-62 advantage with 3:30 remaining, a lead they kept for good after trailing by as many as 20 points. In her final high school game, Nance put the Lady Marauders on her back in the 4th quarter, scoring 14 points in the period en route to a career-high 38 points to go with six rebounds, four assists, three steals, and two blocks. She finished her high school career as Dunkirk's all-time leading scorer with an unofficial total of 1,251 points.
