New York High School Basketball - Niagara-Wheatfield nudges Charter School for Applied Tech

In Friday's league outing, the Niagara-Wheatfield Falcons (Sanborn, NY) basketball squad nipped the visiting Charter School for Applied Tech Eagles (Buffalo, NY), by a margin of 44-43.
The Falcons (2-6) will now prepare for their outing against Hutchinson-Central Tech (Buffalo, NY). The Engineers go into the non-league outing with a 10-2 record. In their last outing, Hutchinson-Central Tech got by Emerson Vo-Tech (Buffalo, NY), 57-44, in a league outing.
The Eagles now own a 6-4 record. They play next when they host Medina for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 21. Charter School for Applied Tech will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 39-25 league loss to Barker (Barker, NY). The Mustangs record now stands at 0-13.
