New Jersey High School Basketball - Paterson Charter School for Science and Technology can't hold off Kennedy

The Kennedy Knights basketball team scored 55 points and held the host Paterson Charter School for Science and Technology Lions to 53 in the Knights non-league triumph on Monday.

The Knights now sport a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bergen Tech for a Big North - Liberty contest on Tuesday, January 2. Kennedy will battle a Knights team coming off a 54-41 non-league win over North Arlington (North Arlington, NJ). The Knights record now stands at 3-4.

The Lions (6-6) will now prepare for their contest against Elmwood Park (Elmwood Park, NJ). The Crusaders enter the non-league contest with a 1-6 record. In their last contest, Elmwood Park was nudged by Park Ridge (Park Ridge, NJ), 47-25, in a non-league contest.
