In Monday's non-league outing, the Abington Heights Comets (Clarks Summit, PA) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Tunkhannock Tigers (Tunkhannock, PA), by a count of 57-27.
The Comets (8-3) will now prepare for their outing against Scranton Prep (Scranton, PA). The Cavaliers go into the Lackawanna 1 outing with a 3-4 record. In their last outing, Scranton Prep was crushed by Scranton (Scranton, PA), 50-46, in a league outing.
