Massachusetts High School Basketball - Amesbury tipped by Triton Regional

January 10, 2023: Amesbury, MA 01913

The Triton Regional Vikings basketball team scored 47 points and held the host Amesbury Indians to 43 in the Vikings non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Vikings now sport a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Saugus for a non-league contest on Wednesday, January 11. Triton Regional will meet a Sachems team coming off a 54-44 league loss to Gloucester (Gloucester, MA). The Sachems record now stands at 5-3.

The Indians (1-6) will now prepare for their contest against Hamilton-Wenham Regional (South Hamilton, MA). The Generals enter the non-league contest with a 1-6 record. In their last contest, Hamilton-Wenham Regional was nudged by Newburyport (Newburyport, MA), 65-50, in a league contest.
