Michigan High School Basketball - Avondale knocked off by Seaholm

The Seaholm Maples basketball team scored 48 points and held the host Avondale Yellowjackets to 32 in the Maples non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Maples now sport a 2-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Stoney Creek for a Oakland - Blue contest on Thursday, January 12. Seaholm will battle a Cougars team coming off a 74-30 non-league loss to Lake Orion (Lake Orion, MI). The Cougars record now stands at 1-6.
The Yellowjackets (3-7) will now prepare for their contest against Sterling Heights (Sterling Heights, MI). The Stallions enter the non-league contest with a 0-5 record.
