The Barnstable Red Hawks (Hyannis, MA) basketball crushed the visiting Monomoy Sharks (Harwich, MA), 68-42 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Red Hawks (2-6) will now prepare for their test against Nantucket (Nantucket, MA). The Whalers go into the non-league test with a 4-3 record. In their last test, Nantucket walloped Falmouth (Falmouth, MA), 50-46, in a non-league test.
The Sharks now own a 4-5 record. They play next when they host Mashpee for a non-league test on Thursday, January 12. Monomoy will encounter a Falcons squad coming off a 60-47 league loss to Rockland (Rockland, MA). The Falcons record now stands at 2-4.
