Beulah Miners (Beulah, ND) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Hettinger/Scranton Black Devils (Hettinger, ND), 76-41 in a league bout.

With the victory, Beulah upgrades its record to 5-2 on the campaign. The Miners host Shiloh Christian (Bismarck, ND) to play the Skyhawks in a non-league bout on Friday, January 13. The Skyhawks come into the bout with a record of 2-3. Shiloh Christian lost 84-81 in their recent non-league bout against Rapid City Christian (Rapid City, SD)

Next up, the Black Devils play the Harding County Ranchers (Buffalo, SD) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 12. Hettinger/Scranton will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The Ranchers come into the bout with a 6-1 record after their 75-41 non-league win over Dupree (Dupree, SD).
