In Tuesday's non-league match, the visiting Bottineau Braves/Stars basketball team scored a good 60-48 triumph over the Surrey Mustangs.
In their next game, the Braves/Stars meet the Westhope/Newburg Sioux (Westhope, ND) in a B Region 6 District 11 match, on Thursday, January 19. Bottineau will attempt to move on its 1-3 season record.
With the defeat, Surrey moves to 2-6 on the year. The Mustangs travel to South Prairie (Minot, ND) to meet the Royals in a B Region 6 District 12 match on Friday, January 13. The Royals enter the match with a record of 1-2.
