The Bridgeport Indians basketball team scored 55 points and held the visiting Grafton Bearcats to 52 in the Indians league triumph on Tuesday.

The Indians now sport a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Marion for a Big Ten contest on Thursday, January 12. Bridgeport will meet a Huskies team coming off a 53-47 league loss to Philip Barbour (Philippi, WV). The Huskies record now stands at 4-3.

The Bearcats (3-6) will now prepare for their contest against Lewis County (Weston, WV). The Minutemen enter the Big Ten contest with a 6-3 record. In their last contest, Lewis County nudged Robert C. Byrd (Clarksburg, WV), 66-51, in a league contest.
