In Tuesday's league outing, the Durango Trailblazers (Las Vegas, NV) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Canyon Springs Pioneers (North Las Vegas, NV), by a margin of 74-39.
The Trailblazers (8-3) will now prepare for their outing against Centennial (Las Vegas, NV). The Bulldogs go into the 5A Southern outing with a 9-3 record. In their last outing, Centennial was trounced by Bishop Gorman (Las Vegas, NV), 62-39, in a league outing.
The Pioneers now own a 7-8 record. They play next when they travel to Arbor View for a 5A Southern outing on Thursday, January 12. Canyon Springs will clash with a Aggies squad coming off a 64-59 non-league loss to Mojave (North Las Vegas, NV). The Aggies record now stands at 15-2.
