Lee-Scott Academy Warriors (Auburn, AL) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Chambers Academy Rebels (LaFayette, AL), 68-35 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Lee-Scott Academy upgrades its record to 17-1 on the season. The Warriors travel to Glenwood (Phenix City, AL) to clash with the Gators in a AISA AAA Region 1 bout on Thursday, January 12. The Gators go into the bout with a record of 14-5. Glenwood won 60-37 in their recent non-league bout against Fort Dale Academy (Greenville, AL)

Next up, the Rebels clash with the Abbeville Christian Academy Generals (Abbeville, AL) in a AISA AA Region 1 bout, on Friday, January 13. Chambers Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 4-8 season record. The Generals go into the bout with a 10-6 record after their 52-13 league win over Lakeside School (Eufaula, AL).
