North Penn Knights (Lansdale, PA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Council Rock North Indians (Newtown, PA), 48-43 in a non-league bout.

With the win, North Penn upgrades its record to 8-4 on the season. The Knights host Council Rock South (Holland, PA) to clash with the Golden Hawks in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 12. The Golden Hawks go into the bout with a record of 3-9. Council Rock South lost 55-43 in their recent non-league bout against Central Bucks South (Warrington, PA)

Next up, the Indians clash with the Pennridge Rams (Perkasie, PA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 13. Council Rock North will attempt to upgrade on its 7-6 season record. The Rams go into the bout with a 8-5 record after their 65-62 league win over Neshaminy (Langhorne, PA).
