Country Christian Cougars (Molalla, OR) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Grand View Christian Academy (Beavercreek, OR), 70-26 in a league bout.

With the victory, Country Christian upgrades its record to 6-4 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to St. Paul (St. Paul, OR) to play the Buckaroos in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 12. The Buckaroos come into the bout with a record of 6-5.

Next up, the play the North Clackamas Christian Saints (Oregon City, OR) in a 1A Valley 10 bout, on Friday, January 13. Grand View Christian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record. The Saints come into the bout with a 3-7 record after their 57-29 league loss to Columbia Christian (Portland, OR).
