The Falmouth Clippers (Falmouth, MA) basketball nipped the visiting Nantucket Whalers (Nantucket, MA), 50-46 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Clippers (4-3) will now prepare for their test against Tiverton (Tiverton, RI). The Tigers go into the non-league test with a 4-1 record.
The Whalers now own a 3-4 record. They play next when they host Barnstable for a non-league outing on Friday, January 13. Nantucket will clash with a Red Hawks squad coming off a 68-42 non-league win over Monomoy (Harwich, MA). The Red Hawks record now stands at 2-6.
