The Mercer Mustangs (Mercer, PA) basketball felled the host Kennedy Catholic (Hermitage, PA), 54-44 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Mustangs (7-3) will now prepare for their test against Farrell (Farrell, PA). The Steelers go into the non-league test with a 9-3 record. In their last test, Farrell thwarted Sharpsville (Sharpsville, PA), 74-39, in a non-league test.
The now own a 4-5 record. They play next when they travel to Reynolds for a non-league test on Friday, January 13.
