The Superior Spartans basketball team scored 106 points and restricted the visiting Marshall Hilltoppers to 66 in the Spartans non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Spartans now sport a 9-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Marshall for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 10. Superior will battle a Cardinals team coming off a 85-51 non-league loss to Columbus (Columbus, WI). The Cardinals record now stands at 6-4.
The Hilltoppers (1-7) will now prepare for their contest against Browerville (Browerville, MN). The Tigers come into the non-league contest with a 3-1 record.
