The Southside Sharks topped the visiting North Central Hurricanes basketball team by a final score of 65-56 in Tuesday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Sharks face the Madison Prep Academy (Baton Rouge, LA) in a non-league game, on Friday, January 20. Southside will attempt to move on its 6-4 season record.
With the defeat, North Central moves to 7-9 on the year. The Hurricanes travel to Fairview (Grant, LA) to face the Panthers in a non-league game on Saturday, January 14. The Panthers enter the game with a record of 20-4.
