Taravella Trojans (Coral Springs, FL) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Plantation Colonels (Plantation, FL), 75-45 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Taravella upgrades its record to 11-6 on the season. The Trojans travel to Monarch (Coconut Creek, FL) to play the Knights in a non-league bout on Wednesday, January 11. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 4-8. Monarch lost 45-28 in their recent non-league bout against West Broward (Pembroke Pines, FL)

Next up, the Colonels play the Stranahan Mighty Dragons (Fort Lauderdale, FL) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, January 11. Plantation will attempt to upgrade on its 7-9 season record. The Mighty Dragons go into the bout with a 10-5 record after their 72-63 non-league win over Hallandale (Hallandale, FL).
