The South Iron Panthers (Annapolis, MO) basketball knocked off the host Van Buren Bulldogs (Van Buren, MO), 51-33 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Panthers (10-1) will now prepare for their test against Greenville (Greenville, MO). The Bears go into the non-league test with a 8-1 record. In their last test, Greenville notched a victory over Twin Rivers (Broseley, MO), 51-32, in a league test.
The Bulldogs now own a 3-2 record. They play next when they travel to East Carter for a non-league test on Friday, January 13. Van Buren will encounter a Redbirds squad coming off a 82-35 league win over Lesterville (Lesterville, MO). The Redbirds record now stands at 2-2.
