The Williams Field Black Hawks (Gilbert, AZ) basketball knocked off the host Canyon View Jaguars (Waddell, AZ), 49-37 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Black Hawks (2-0) will now prepare for their test against Casteel (Queen Creek, AZ). The Colts go into the test with a 8-2 record. In their last test, Casteel went down by Chaparral (Scottsdale, AZ), 65-56, in a non-league test.
The Jaguars now own a 7-4 record. They play next when they travel to Westview for a test on Thursday, January 12. Canyon View will encounter a Knights squad coming off a 59-43 non-league win over Gila Ridge (Yuma, AZ). The Knights record now stands at 5-0.
