The Hanks Knights basketball team scored 40 points and restricted the visiting San Elizario Eagles to 14 in the Knights non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Knights now sport a 5-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Del Valle for a contest on Saturday, January 14. Hanks will battle a Conquistadores team coming off a 48-46 non-league loss to Mountain View (El Paso, TX). The Conquistadores record now stands at 0-2.

The Eagles (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Riverside (El Paso, TX). The Rangers come into the contest with a 0-0 record.
