Nebraska High School Basketball - Nebraska Lutheran trounces East Butler

January 10, 2023: Waco, NE 68460

The Nebraska Lutheran Knights (Waco, NE) basketball crushed the visiting East Butler Tigers (Brainard, NE), 55-30 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Knights (5-5) will now prepare for their test against High Plains (Polk, NE). The Storm go into the non-league test with a 7-3 record. In their last test, High Plains walloped Palmer (Palmer, NE), 49-21, in a league test.

The Tigers now own a 6-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Dorchester for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 12. East Butler will battle a Longhorns team coming off a 40-16 non-league win over Friend (Friend, NE). The Longhorns record now stands at 6-4.
