The Hancock Bulldogs (Hancock, MI) basketball crushed the visiting Ewen-Trout Creek Panthers (Ewen, MI), 48-27 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Bulldogs (9-0) will now prepare for their test against Escanaba (Escanaba, MI). The Eskymos go into the non-league test with a 10-0 record. In their last test, Escanaba walloped Kingsford (Kingsford, MI), 69-44, in a league test.
The Panthers now own a 7-2 record. They play next when they travel to Lake Linden-Hubbell for a Copper Mountain test on Thursday, January 12. Ewen-Trout Creek will encounter a Lakes squad coming off a 71-51 non-league loss to Houghton (Houghton, MI). The Lakes record now stands at 6-3.
