Kearsarge Cougars (North Sutton, NH) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Fall Mountain Wildcats (Langdon, NH), 41-24 in a league bout.

With the victory, Kearsarge upgrades its record to 4-0 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Newfound Regional (Bristol, NH) to play the Bears in a Division III bout on Friday, January 13. The Bears come into the bout with a record of 3-1. Newfound Regional won 41-36 in their recent league bout against Mascoma (Canaan, NH)

Next up, the Wildcats play the Hillsboro-Deering Hillcats (Hillsboro, NH) in a Division III bout, on Wednesday, January 11. Fall Mountain will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record.
