In Tuesday's league match, the visiting John Marshall Justices basketball team scored a decisive 54-27 triumph over the Freeman Mavericks.
In their next game, the Justices face the Myers Park Mustangs (Charlotte, NC) in a non-league match, on Saturday, January 14. John Marshall will attempt to move on its 8-4 season record.
With the defeat, Freeman moves to 5-7 on the year. The Mavericks travel to Deep Run (Glen Allen, VA) to face the Wildcats in a Colonial match on Friday, January 13. The Wildcats enter the match with a record of 4-6.
