In Tuesday's non-league outing, the West Fork Warhawks (Sheffield, IA) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Iowa Falls-Alden Cadets (Iowa Falls, IA), by a margin of 67-42.
The Warhawks (10-0) will now prepare for their outing against Rockford (Rockford, IA). The Warriors go into the Corn Bowl outing with a 1-10 record. In their last outing, Rockford was trounced by Nashua-Plainfield (Nashua, IA), 53-14, in a league outing.
The Cadets now own a 5-4 record. They play next when they host Webster City for a non-league outing on Friday, January 13. Iowa Falls-Alden will clash with a Lynx squad coming off a 54-52 non-league loss to Southeast Valley (Gowrie, IA). The Lynx record now stands at 2-10.
