Washington High School Basketball - Kentwood trounces Kent-Meridian

The Kentwood Conquerors (Covington, WA) basketball crushed the visiting Kent-Meridian Royals (Kent, WA), 77-11 in Tuesday's league test.
The Conquerors (3-2) will now prepare for their test against Auburn (Auburn, WA). The Trojans go into the non-league test with a 1-7 record. In their last test, Auburn was trounced by Kennedy Catholic (Burien, WA), 51-41, in a non-league test.
The Royals now own a 1-7 record. They play next when they travel to Kentridge for a 3A/4A North Puget Sound - Olympic test on Friday, January 13. Kent-Meridian will encounter a Chargers squad coming off a 47-31 non-league win over Beamer (Federal Way, WA). The Chargers record now stands at 9-3.
