Washington High School Basketball - Lynden trounces Mt. Baker

The Lynden Lions (Lynden, WA) basketball crushed the host Mt. Baker Mountaineers (Deming, WA), 67-32 in Tuesday's league test.
The Lions (6-1) will now prepare for their test against Blaine (Blaine, WA). The Borderites go into the 1A/2A/3A Northwest test with a 1-4 record. In their last test, Blaine was trounced by Meridian (Bellingham, WA), 60-39, in a league test.
The Mountaineers now own a 0-6 record. They play next when they host Squalicum for a 1A/2A/3A Northwest test on Friday, January 13. Mt. Baker will encounter a Storm squad coming off a 68-21 league loss to Nooksack Valley (Everson, WA). The Storm record now stands at 1-6.
