Maine High School Basketball - Madison overwhelmed by Spruce Mountain

The Spruce Mountain Phoenix basketball team scored 63 points and restricted the host Madison Bulldogs to 32 in the Phoenix non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Phoenix now sport a 7-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kents Hill School for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 12. Spruce Mountain will battle a Huskies team coming off a 81-44 league win over Dirigo (Dixfield, ME). The Huskies record now stands at 4-0.
The Bulldogs (5-3) will now prepare for their contest against Mountain Valley (Rumford, ME). The Falcons come into the non-league contest with a 3-3 record. In their last contest, Mountain Valley was routed by Oak Hill (Sabattus, ME), 26-25, in a league contest.
