In Tuesday's non-league outing, the McDonogh Eagles (Owings Mills, MD) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Maret Frogs (Washington, DC), by a margin of 60-33.
The Eagles (11-1) will now prepare for their outing against St. Frances Academy (Baltimore, MD). The Panthers go into the IAAM A outing with a 10-2 record. In their last outing, St. Frances Academy smashed Roland Park Country (Baltimore, MD), 78-25, in a league outing.
The Frogs now own a 10-4 record. They play next when they travel to Connelly School of the Holy Child for a Interstate Athletic outing on Thursday, January 12. Maret will clash with a squad coming off a 72-58 non-league loss to Georgetown Visitation Prep (Washington, DC). The record now stands at 4-3.
