In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Peck Pirates (Peck, MI) basketball squad beat the visiting Merritt Academy Mustangs (New Haven, MI), by a count of 72-59.
The Pirates (4-4) will now prepare for their outing against Mayville (Mayville, MI). The Wildcats go into the non-league outing with a 3-4 record. In their last outing, Mayville was topped by Vassar (Vassar, MI), 50-29, in a non-league outing.
