The Indians now possess a 8-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Dighton for a Northwest Kansas battle on Friday, January 13. St. Francis will battle a Hornets team coming off a 33-31 non-league loss to Wheatland-Grinnell (Grainfield, KS). The Hornets record now stands at 2-6.

The Coyotes (2-5) will now prepare for their battle against Cheylin (Bird City, KS). The Cougars come into the non-league battle with a 1-6 record. In their last battle, Cheylin was overwhelmed by Wichita County (Leoti, KS), 64-1, in a non-league battle.
