The Amundsen Vikings basketball team scored 43 points and held the host Westinghouse Warriors to 17 in the Vikings league triumph on Tuesday.
The Vikings now sport a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lincoln-Way West for a non-league contest on Friday, January 13. Amundsen will meet a Warriors team coming off a 43-31 league win over Lockport (Lockport, IL). The Warriors record now stands at 1-0.
The Warriors (3-5) will now prepare for their contest against Jones (Chicago, IL). The Eagles enter the contest with a 4-3 record.
