Centennial Coyotes (Peoria, AZ) fans were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Higley Knights (Gilbert, AZ), 3-1 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Coyotes confront the Williams Field Black Hawks (Gilbert, AZ) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 12. Centennial will attempt to better on its 6-3 season record. The Black Hawks enter the challenge with a 2-4 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Desert Edge (Goodyear, AZ).

The Knights now have a 5-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to South Mountain for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, January 11. Higley will confront a Jaguars team coming off a 12-0 non-league loss to Horizon (Scottsdale, AZ). The Jaguars record now stands at 2-6.
