Pinnacle Pioneers (Phoenix, AZ) fans were thrilled Tuesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host Gila Ridge Hawks (Yuma, AZ), 8-0 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Pioneers confront the Queen Creek Bulldogs (Queen Creek, AZ) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 12. Pinnacle will attempt to better on its 6-4 season record. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a 12-2 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Red Mountain (Mesa, AZ).

The Hawks now have a 8-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Maricopa for a non-league challenge on Friday, January 13. Gila Ridge will confront a Rams team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over North (Phoenix, AZ). The Rams record now stands at 5-3.
